Employment support
At our school, we are focusing on education for employment with the educational goal of "cultivating human resources who can play an active role globally in animation, voice acting, and game industries." We have set up a career design room to communicate closely with every student with our full support, not only for cutting-edge skills suitable for the field and culture and language skills accepted in the global society, but also for portfolio work production, event participation, industry-academia collaboration projects, etc.

A portfolio is a collection of works that summarizes your work. It is extremely important for employment in the animation and game industry, along with your resume. At our school, we provide portfolio production guidance tailored to each individual's aspirations while respecting the unique sensibilities of each student.
Career Support Center
The Career Center, which has various information on anime, voice acting, and game industries, is our base for job hunting. We support students by providing advices on company and industry trends, portfolio advice, browsing the latest job information, and exam preparations according to company's requirements. In addition, we will maintain the employment site database and collaborate with companies and studios to support students' motivation and dreams.
Follow up in detail with our double homeroom teachers system
Here at AAA, one student will be assigned two homeroom teachers providing both academic and life support through their entire school life from admission to employment, debut, and graduation.

From work career to life career
There are various ways of thinking about career education. Each school's career design differs greatly depending on their situation and policy.
The mainstream now is to think about career design more like a life carrier,considering not just about employment but rather of long life after employment. How each student perceives his or her own life, seeks the way of life that suits him, how he wants to live, and what kind of student life (career path life) should be enriched while he's in school. From the first year, we have prepared various in-school guidance to think about career design and have built a career development support system to design for the future.
